Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our services, policies, and customer expectations.
“We” represents Detail Doctor ETX - Mobile Detailing
“Customers” or “the customer” represents the paying entity and/or owner of the vehicle.
2. Service Agreement
Detail Doctor ETX - Mobile Detailing provides mobile car detailing services at the customer’s chosen location. Customers must ensure access to the vehicle and a safe and accessible workspace for our team to perform the service. Water hook up must be provided by the customer. All services require an appointment, and availability is subject to scheduling. Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition. In-person inspections may be required for older vehicles to provide an accurate quote. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed excessively dirty, hazardous, or beyond our service capabilities.
3. Booking and Payment
All appointments must be booked in advance through direct contact (in person, over the phone, through e-mail).
If start time is delayed by more than 15 minutes due to conditions outside of Detail Doctor ETX - Mobile Detailing’s control (including but not limited to, no access to car(s), no access to water, no access to key(s), client late to service area) a charge of $50 will be applied to the final total of services. If start time is delayed by more than an hour, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Payment for personal & fleet vehicles is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
Please consider your schedule when setting an appointment and be prepared to leave your vehicle for the required duration.
We recommend an in-person consultation for vehicles older than five years to assess condition and service needs.
Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We do not clean inside center consoles or glove boxes unless specifically requested.
Prices on website and quotes do not include sales tax. Sales tax is added to the final total of services.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may impact future booking availability.
5. Service Limitations and Liability
We do our best to remove stains and imperfections, but we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.
Excessive pet hair, hazardous stains (vomit, blood, etc.), and extreme dirt buildup may incur additional charges or cancellation.
We do not remove seats or carpets for any detailing service.
Customers should remove personal belongings before service; Detail Doctor ETX - Mobile Detailing is not liable for lost or damaged items.
Photos of the vehicle may be taken before and after the service to document its condition.
We are not responsible for any mechanical issues that arise before, during or after the detailing service.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
While we take the utmost care in servicing vehicles, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or worn interior materials that may be affected during the detailing process.
Results vary based on vehicle condition. We do our best to meet expectations but cannot guarantee perfection.
6. Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, we may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
If the service location is unsuitable due to weather conditions, the appointment may be rescheduled.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve any concerns.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
8. Fleet and Business Accounts
Businesses with fleet accounts must adhere to agreed-upon service schedules.
Bulk discounts apply only when a minimum number of vehicles are serviced in a single visit.
9. Headlight Restoration Disclaimer
Our headlight restoration service improves clarity and visibility but does not restore headlights to factory-new condition.
Results may vary depending on the condition of the headlights.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Detail Doctor ETX - Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
